Toilets floor to be sunk to make provision for sanitary pipes.

External plaster will have designs in the front as per the drawings
RCC slabs to be casted wherever required (In- store, almirah etc).
Two coats of pidifin 2k (dr fixit) to be applied on all the internal and external wall surfaces till 4 ft. before plastering.
RCC lintel beams to be provided in all the openings (as per the drawing) with sunshades 2'- 6" wide 3" thick at 7'-0" in ground & first floor(Wherever required as per the drawings).
All the sunken portions of the toilets to be filled with brick ballast &and to be made water tight with two coats of pidifin 2k finished with PCC (Plain Cement Concrete). Weep hole to be provided in all the wash rooms.
Finishing - All room floors to have vitrified tiles/pre-laminated wooden flooring or as specified in the drawings cost not less than Rs. 70/-sqft. Co. KAJARIA ETERNITY, NITCO, or equivalent.
All toilets will have anti- skid tiles in the floor and walls will have glazed vitrified tiles till 7ft(door level) rate to be not more than Rs. 50/-Sqft.
Anti- termite treatment to be used in junction of walls and floor with 7.5 liter per meter to be poured along the periphery.
Base of flooring should have (a) Brick ballast = 3" thick (b) Sand filling = 3" thick (c) PCC = 3" thick in ratio of 1:4:8 & plate vibrator to be used while laying PCC.
All window cills and stair treads to have granite ledge with half moulding on both sides. (Cost not less than Rs. 70/- sqft).
Kitchen to have glazed vitrified tiles 2 ft above the counter and normal white tiles behind the cabinet.
Stairs to have granite treads (cost not less than Rs. 70/- sqft) & risers to have vitrified tiles as per selection (cost not less than Rs. 70/- sqft).
All rainwater pipes to be connected with an underground drain,manholes & the same to be diverted into a rainwater harvesting tank (before passing through the de -silting chamber) of apprx. 5000 litercapacity. The surplus water should get diverted to the recharge pit.
Electrical work with copper multistrand wires in concealed PVC conduits (co. POLYCAB).Provision shall be made for sufficient lighting, power points, Switches & sockets.
Chemical copper Earthing to be done as per the requirement.
T.V. points in each bedroom/ Drawing/ Dining room.
